In Tatsuya Nagamine's One Piece Film: Z, Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat crew will have their dreams put to the test. Their opponent is a former Marine Admiral known as Z, who leads the Neo Marines on a vengeful crusade against piracy. Z plans on using the Dyna Stones to bring the New World to a cataclysmic end. Vampire Hunter D focuses on Doris Lang enlisting the help of the titular vampire hunter to stop the bloodthirsty Count Magnus Lee. Armed with a huge sword and a wisecracking left hand, D must battle against the mutants and monsters that make up the Count's court. Lamika, the count's daughter, and Rei, his space-warping servant, join the fight with their own agendas in mind. Our holiday interlude continues with a trip to the dark and surprisingly festive underbelly of Gotham City. In Tim Burton's Batman Returns, the Caped Crusader must take on the combined forces of the Penguin, Catwoman, and corrupt business mogul Max Shrek. While Gotham City tries and fails to enjoy a very ritzy Christmas, the Penguin emerges from the sewers alongside the destructive Red Triangle Gang. Max Shrek schemes to mold the Penguin into the ideal mayoral candidate, but Cobblepot has some sinister plans of his own. Meanwhile, Shrek's beleaguered assistant Selina Kyle transforms into Catwoman after a failed attempt on her life. Batman finds himself face-to-face with villains that are unsettlingly similar to him. Nosferatu November comes to an end with Yoshiaki Kawajiri's Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. In this long-awaited follow-up to the 1985 film, D is charged with rescuing a young woman named Charlotte from the vampire noble Meyer Link. D must also compete against another group of vampire hunters known as the Marcus Brothers. The relationship between Meyer Link and Charlotte proves to be more complicated than anyone expected, and their final destination has plenty of haunting secrets in store.
